I was truly flattered when I was asked to be on BreakThru Radio’s Biology of the Blog show recently. It was completely unexpected and was a great experience. Hosted by Jess Goulart it’s described as an eclectic mix of the internet’s brightest voices discuss broad topics like fitness, cooking, and lifestyle, alongside niches such as social media, economics, and survival. Explore the best of the blogosphere while jammin’ to some great new tunes!
When I started my blog over six years ago, I had no idea that it would take-off the way it did. I just wanted an outlet to share my gluten-free journey as I continued to find my way after my celiac disease diagnosis. When I was first diagnosed about twenty years ago I was thrown into a world that I had never even heard of before. I was basically given a diagnosis and a handshake – sent on my way to figure it out. While finding my way I noticed that the male celiac voice was not that prominent nor was living a gluten-free lifestyle from a luxury perspective. So, my glutie-senses kicked-in and I decided to fill that void.
Fast forward to today and my Gluten Free Mike website has evolved into a gluten-free lifestyle guide complete with my newest venture GF LUXE – the world’s first online gluten-free luxury lifestyle publication.
