Located about 45 minutes outside of Montreux in the Canton of Fribourg is a hidden gem of a mountain restaurant in the town of Les Paccots. Getting there is half of the fun as you eventually find yourself on a single lane road that runs both up and down the mountain – just don’t imbibe too much because the way down is quite harrowing in the darkness of night.
