This past week has been absolutely crazy busy between my day job and personal life and busy is always good. Alas, I was not able to get to the product reviews I had hoped to – but fear not ye gluten-free followers, they will most definitely make their way onto the site over the coming days.

Crunchy N Yummy Freeze Dried Fruit – and they do indeed live up to their name. I have been snacking on these for the past week and adding their range of fruits to a variety of recipes – remember my GF strawberry/mango oatmeal (this was the fruit).
