I always find things like this are a matter of personal taste. There are some GF products other people just love and I just don't see what they do. I am a huge fan of dates and peanut butter which is likely why I enjoyed these so much. I didn't experience any aftertaste and my bars were not the least bit dry but thanks for adding a different take and feedback.
