It is with great pleasure that I announce the launch of a completely refreshed Gluten Free Mike site. It has been a long journey but I think you will be pleased with the end result. We can all use a bit of work from time to time and my site was no exception. I wanted to have a site that was more representative of who I am in order to continue bringing you all that’s fabulous gluten-free.
So, please take a moment to have a look around. You will find all of the same great sections and features as you did on my old site but there is a lot of new content that I had been squirreling away for the relaunch. Start you journey on the homepage that will now feature a new product and restaurant on a regular basis. You’ll also notice a News & Events section so you can know of any upcoming events (or just find out where I will be heading next).
This new site reamins a working in progress as I continue to test and roll-out some exciting new functionality that I hope you will enjoy. My goal is to keep things fresh, fun, and fabulous and I think my new home in Cyberspace should fit very nicely indeed. You will notice that none of your fabulous comments (and there were quite a lot) have transferred in the migration — we just could not make it happen. Alas, what better way to get reacquainted than to re-read some of your favorite posts…and by all means…comment.
Heres a sneak peek at what’s coming next here at GFM.com:
A full review of fabulous ready made gluten-free Italian dishes from a NYC institution
Going gluten-free on the Emerald Isle of North Carolina with some very special sweets
A full review of Boulder Canyon’s new chips
Going gluten-free at Uno’s Chicago Grill
Most importantly a big thank you all for your continued support over the past year — it has been an absolute pleasure and I look forward to the future. Okay, enough schmaltz, get clicking…you know you want to.
