As a world traveler, food devotee, and aficionado of the finer things in life, living well with Celiac disease coupled with other food allergies has proven challenging. Yet, I am here to help my fellow Celiac and allergy friends get out there and savor all the world has to offer.
Through my trials and experiences I hope to help you successfully navigate a world that is not always sensitive to our needs. Be it great gluten-free recipes, how to handle social situations (like dining out), finding delicious gluten-free products, entertaining, reviews on gluten-free products and just getting the most out of life while maintaining a gluten-free lifestyle.
Living gluten-free has been a challenge and while there are some very good sites and resources out there, none really provided one-stop shopping for living well with Celiac disease so I created my own. Just because you have to remove gluten from your diet does not mean you have to stop living. I love food, entertaining, and new experiences…just without gluten.
